This role builds strategies and systems that integrate learning into the workflow of branch teams. This role employs advanced design thinking, business acumen, data analytics, adult learning theory, and organizational influence to enable branch teams to quickly adopt best practices to deliver an Edward Jones Client Experience and achieve performance excellence. This role designs strategies and systems that make learning personalized, integrated, measured, and easy for learners and enable successful business outcomes for internal business partners.
Research and advocate for the design and adoption of learning experiences outside of the classroom and LMS that support rapid and easy change for branch teams.
Partner with stakeholders to help them integrate learning adoption strategies into their business strategies.
Research and synthesize the inputs that influence tailoring of learning experiences for individual markets.
Lead design sprints and design thinking sessions that incorporate research, empathy, data, and primary voices of learners and stakeholders to produce supportable prototypes of experience design solutions.
Partner with and report to stakeholders on design effectiveness.
Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in adult education or organizational psychology preferred
5-10 years in corporate learning, performance consultation, or enterprise HR required
Advanced knowledge of best practices in adult learning in digital environments
Advanced knowledge of advanced learning experience design (ex. Instructional gaming, peer-to-peer, embedded performance support strategies, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of design thinking principles and facilitation
Advanced knowledge of the principles of user experience
