Learning Experience Designer

Development of storyboards to address customer's expectations regarding the training or communication initiative. Work in collaboration with different profiles within the project (Visual Designer, Multimedia Developer, Video Specialist).Required Competences:

• 3 or more years of  experience designing, developing, and leading training initiatives;    
• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Educational Sciences, Communication, or similar;
• Experience in instructional design and design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS tools, especially MS PowerPoint);
• Able to demonstrate the ability to create cutting-edge and high-quality Digital Learning experiences;
• Experience with producing content for eLearning modules and videos;
• Comfortable and flexible to work in a complex and agile environment, being a part of a multidisciplinary team;
• Creative, attentive to detail, critical thinking, and well-reasoned logic;
• “Team player”, willing to learn and teach;
• Able to deal with the pressure of scheduling and deliveries;
• Flexible to work with different clients, from several business areas;
• Good interpersonal abilities with team and Clients;
• Must have strong written communication skills, with native knowledge of European Portuguese, and advanced knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).

Knowledge of Articulate Storylines and generative AI is a plus.
