Demonstrate and utilize effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
Design, develop and deliver high quality cutting-edge learning programs with minimal supervision.
Utilize adult learning principles and select methodology specific to content delivery and target audience.
Utilize multimedia technology and e-learning development tools.
Collaborate in the development, coordination, and facilitation of New Employee Orientation. Continuously revise program content as needed based on regulatory requirements and organizational business needs.
Support continuous learning by keeping current in educational trends, relevant literature, system goals, business strategies and regulatory standards. Integrate findings into existing or new classes that support increased organizational success.
Work collaboratively with team members and McLeod leaders to respond creatively to a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrate familiarity with Instructional Design, Courseware Development principles, and Learning Management Systems.
Analyze training results and provide recommendations for improved outcomes.
Learn new technology to improve training programs and course offerings.
Research, select, and modify existing training curriculum, content, materials, job aids, etc. to meet learning needs.
Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred
