Position Description

With general autonomy the Learning and Development Program Manager will design, implement and deliver programs that engage and develop Modine's most important asset, our people! Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development this person will manage programs and ensure alignment exists with cross-segment/vertical business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and continuously enhance talent development programs.

  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously look for improvements to current development programs.

  • Collaborate with HR and Business partners across the business to understand development needs, where/how they should be housed and managed, and work with them to design curriculum for the program if that is the desired route.

  • Work in Modine's HRIS System (SuccessFactors) within the LMS to build out programming and how that should be set up to be sent out to employees.

  • Engage and assess external vendors in partnership with procurement teams.

  • Indirectly lead teams to execute on deliverables as defined by program/project.

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Education, or related field or degree coupled with related experience.

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience designing and delivering talent programs

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

  • Exceptional project management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience building out programming within a Learning Management System preferred (SAP - SuccessFactors).
