General Mills is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead & scale globally the design, development and delivery of Global Marketing function training programs including onboarding, foundational skills and new capabilities.
Conduct capability assessment to determine the training and development needs for Global Marketing
Partner closely with marketing subject matter experts and stakeholders in addition to ITQ (Innovation, Technology Quality), Global Consumer Insights and Sales Capabilities Teams on the design, development, and delivery of broad-based learning programs aimed at advancing the Global Marketing capabilities globally.
Identify and roll out best practices on how to scale learning programs globally to drive effective impact of the work developed.
Develop systems/processes to measure and quantify the effectiveness and impact of the learning.
Facilitate Global Marketing foundational training programs and find opportunities to develop content digitally for on-demand access to content.
Design a digital presence for Global Marketing on the LMS and partner with key stakeholders globally to strategically assign courses that will increase engagement with online learning.
At least 4 years of experience in developing learning programs for a marketing organization or 4+ years of L&D experience
Experience with Learning Design (ADDIE or another model) and Learning Management Systems
