Job Summary:

Responsible for organization-wide learning and development (L&D) solutions. Ensures programs align with goals/strategies within each function and the organization as a whole.

Major Job Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Plans, organizes and executes the onboarding of professional jobs, placing high focus on the team member experience.

  • Partners with outside resources to maintain robust and continuous professional development programs and create learning paths.

  • Collaborates with leaders throughout the company to determine learning and development needs for individual contributors. Ensures L&D programs align with organizational goals/strategies.

  • Designs, coordinates and facilitates L&D programs. Delivers content in a manner that is efficient, engaging and impactful.

  • Responsible for L&D alignment among all functions throughout the organization. Plans and facilitates regularly scheduled meetings for trainers from various departments to create companywide standards and ensure best practices are followed.

  • Evaluates and documents effectiveness of L&D programs. Makes adjustments/improvements where needed.

  • Serves as instructional design consultant for training departments throughout the company. Offers guidance and connects trainers with appropriate resources.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with administering LinkedIn Learning a plus

  • Experience with Articulate 360 a plus

  • Gallup Certified Strengths Coach designation a plus

  • 5 years experience in course design, facilitation of classroom and virtual training, employee performance improvement, supporting organizational change and/or managing organizational knowledge.

  • Excellent instructional skills. Ability to translate organizational goals into individual development needs.

  • Deep understanding of various ways people learn.

  • Strong analytical ability, especially as it relates to human behavior in organizations.

  • Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and team skills. Ability to provide clear, critical feedback to leaders.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees while maintaining strict confidentiality.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to use a high degree of independent judgment to make sound decisions.

  • Able to coordinate multiple, large projects while adhering scheduled deadlines.
