As a Learning Designer with Cerner you will design and develop content for blended learning and behavior change in a variety of applications. Develop instructional materials, leverage and build upon Cerner's learning methodology, architecture and appropriate tool sets. Work with a team of subject matter experts, multi-media developers and others to provide effective and engaging instruction that builds motivation and ability. Establish measurement plans for learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, Health Care Administration, related field, or equivalent and relevant work experience
At least 2 years of learning design or learning consultation work experience
At least 1 year of instructional design work experience
At least 1 year of Adobe Captivate and/or Camtasia work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as necessary
Must be located in or willing to relocate to either the Kansas City Metro or Malvern, PA areas
