As a Global Services Learning Consultant, you join a team of professionals driving groundbreaking learning and development programs. Focused on communicating the value of Kronos' solutions and delivering to our customers' business outcomes, the Global Services Engineering team is committed to innovation, readiness, and learning for our Professional Services teams across the globe.

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training, integrating consulting skills with changes in and improvements to software solutions, technology, and methodology

  • Deliver interactive and engaging training in face-to-face and virtual training environments, using stories, context, and coaching techniques

  • Use social platforms to drive collaboration, networking, and learning opportunities

  • Participate in cross-functional readiness and enablement initiatives, developing and maintaining effective relationships that contribute to learning opportunities and development of effective training deliverables

  • Gathering/Clarify requirements to develop and present solutions that convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer service and support

  • Work with Instructional Designers to create learning content; develop computer-based and instructor-led courses with a focus on experiential learning

  • Work with Program Managers to develop, manage, and execute curriculum plans and learning project plans

  • Create, support, and validate standards for learning and development around consultative solution approaches, resulting in delivery of successful customer outcomes

  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail, while meeting tight deadlines


  • Bachelor's degree in Learning, Instructional Design, Organization Behavior, or related field preferred

  • 5+ years' experience delivering organizational training; consulting training focus preferred

  • Proficiency in course design/development using Articulate 360 and Camtasia; Adobe tools experience a plus; proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Multiple years' experience consulting to business; SaaS/Cloud experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of Workforce Management or Human Capital Management functions and business processes required

  • Kronos product/process knowledge within the Timekeeping and Absence Management space; HR/Payroll preferred

  • Dynamic, professional written and oral communication and presentation capabilities, in both virtual and face-to-face environments

  • Able to travel up to approximately 25%; international travel potential

The Learning and Professional Development Design Specialist collaborates with organization to identify, procure or develop, and implement learning solutions that support technology-based and operational business needs. Designs, develops and implements learning solutions for delivery in real, virtual and blended learning environments. Leads the development of role specific orientation for non-management associates, and technology-based applications. Manages and oversees training component of company-wide operational and technology initiatives and evaluates the effectiveness of the learning solutions. Works under general supervision. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design high-quality instructional materials and curricula for eLearning that effectively engages the learner. * Interface and lead subject matter experts, departments, and peers to meet business needs across multiple cross-functional teams to perform root –cause analyses, design, develop and evaluate on-site, online and/or blended learning solutions to meet established performance goals. * Play a key role in the development of training projects, including defining project timelines, identifying priorities, creating storyboards, developing and revising content (as appropriate), receiving and incorporating feedback from subject matter experts. * Improve training effectiveness of content, including transforming existing materials, such as videos and PowerPoint presentations, into eLearning and other training objects. Designs new or modifies existing materials as required. * Identify, evaluate, and recommend content development and delivery solutions to decrease production time and increase knowledge transference, learner engagement, and training efficiency. * Train and evaluate on-site and web-based facilitators on how to use company provided presentation equipment and technology. * Conduct course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training and incorporate measurement and assessment results into future training.
