Role Overview

Supports the analysis, scoping and assessment of learning solutions. Partners with learning team to drive performance improvement by applying expertise in learning to identify opportunities, strategies and solutions that are directly linked to organizational and business goals. Will review analysis to determine root causes, propose solutions, scope out the projects and assess the impact of the solution. Individual contributor role.

Role Summary

This role is part of the GT&O Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) team, primarily supporting the Global Technology & Operations University (GTOU) program. Will also support role and process training and/or regulatory learning work efforts across all GT&O, operations lines of business. Responsible for strategic consultation with line of business and program partners as well as vertical L&LD consultants and stakeholders, and management of all applicable training and developmental programs for employees in these lines of business.

The Learning Consultant will collaborate with teammates at all levels across the Global L&LD Organization to resolve issues, learn best practices, provide status updates, etc. A high potential candidate with strong organizational, communication, technical skills, executive presence and attention to detail are a must.

Primary job responsibilities may include

  • Management of new content development

  • Administration of GTOU community and Flagscape pages

  • Support for various engagement routines

  • Management of course surveys and feedback analysis

  • Development and documentation of program strategy

  • Preparation and analysis of program reporting

  • Other tasks may be required as necessary

Required Skills

  • 3-5+ years in Learning /Leadership Development role including experience supporting high complexity projects

  • Experience and strong understanding of adult learning theory

  • Ability to perform a skills gap analysis

  • Strong project-management and organization skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

  • Strong technical skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicates clearly, crisply, and candidly

  • Proactive; anticipates needs

  • Customer-service and interpersonal skills; calm under pressure

  • Problem-solving; ability to quickly solve issues that arise

  • Ability to build and leverage positive relationships with clients and teammates

  • Ability to learn and adapt to change

  • Bachelors degree required; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree

Desired Skills

  • Instructional Design experience

  • Global Technology and Operations and/ or Staff Support Business acumen
