• Become the go-to expert for our department wide LMS, ensuring its data integrity, user support, reporting, and content are exceptional

• Design cutting-edge e-learning courses that leverage the power of technology - think authoring tools, multimedia magic, and engaging graphic design

• Be a curator of knowledge, meticulously selecting e-learning resources from a diverse range of providers to ensure they perfectly match our departmental goals and embrace inclusivity

• Craft clear and concise technical documentation, including job aids, training materials, and departmental guides

• Embrace the power of collaboration! Partner with IT, various departments, and external vendors to design, implement, and champion innovative learning initiatives

• Lead a dynamic team by supervising 1-2 part-time employees

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field and one year of business systems analysis experience

OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized certification or instructor certification in the subject matter area. Examples include but not limited to: SHRM, CPTD or behavioral assessment certifications, Instructional Design, or LMS licenses or certifications
