With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where theyre at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, were looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What youll be doing

In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.

This is by no means a behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

  • Create engaging learning activities that meet instructional objectives and support participant learning by incorporating adult learning methodologies

  • Manages the LMS function, including content creation, platform management, tracking, reporting, overall maintenance and contributes regularly to improvements within our training programs and LMS

  • Create virtual, instructor-led, and blended training and materials for individual courses and comprehensive L&D learning paths; includes writing agendas, objectives, scripting, activities, and assessments

  • Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements

  • Leverage existing and new methods of evaluation to determine recommendations and efficacy of trainings, e.g., Kirkpatricks Levels of Evaluation, NPS, Likert Scale.

What you will bring:

  • 1-4 Years Experience

  • High School Diploma Required

  • Associate Degree or Apprenticeship Required

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

  • Instructional Design experience preferred

  • Preferred Experience with: Predictive Index, Meyers Briggs, DISC or alternative accreditation in behavioral assessments

Compensation starting range for the Learning and Development Specialist role is $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.

What is the role and where can you add value? We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist that develops and delivers training to 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty's Service Delivery and Operations departments. Developing operational excellence in areas including customer engagement, claims processes and procedures, product knowledge, and building effective relationships. This position will create and deliver training content in multiple formats, including self-directed, facilitator-led, and virtual.
