Job Summary

Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for leading and implementing the design, development, deployment, and evaluation of performance solutions for the North American business units, which includes global partner relationships.

Position Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Facilitate training workshops incorporating proven adult learning techniques. Schedule and track completions using Learning Management System.

  • Identify, interpret, and document performance needs. Consult with stakeholders or subject matter experts to validate content and measurable business impact.

  • Create and implement innovate, cost-effective performance solutions that maximize employee performance. Revise, modify, and improve existing solutions including but not limited to Participant and Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, and Quick Reference Guides.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions using feedback, performance data, and business metrics to measure success and as appropriate identify additional solutions.

  • Manage time and multiple projects through proper planning and execution using automated tools to communicate and meet stakeholder deliverables.

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent with adult learning strategies, instructional design theories including accelerated learning, and evaluation methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) certification or equivalent

  • Mortgage Servicing experience

Language Ability

Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization

Mathematical Ability:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
