Learning Program Manager

The ADI Learning Program Manager will work with our internal customers (the business) to guide the development of learning strategies and delivery of both global/ enterprise and local/ regional learning programs, experiences and processes at all levels of the client organization throughout the life cycle of the program. The role will partner with business staff and HR partners to design and develop solutions that meet the defined learning objectives.

The Learning Program Manager will also provide thought leadership on how to optimize learning impact, performance management, change management and knowledge management initiatives in support of the business' strategic objectives. The Learning Program manager has a well-developed Learning "point of view" that h/she can articulate and apply in a variety of learning situations.

Qualifications

Learning Design

  • Experience in learning and development, adult learning, learning methodologies

  • Ability to design for multiple learning channels

  • Experience creating learning initiatives by applying adult learning methodology, with emphasis on linking organizational and learning needs to competency, curriculum and course objectives

  • Experience in developing measurement strategies and approaches for learning

Program & Project Management

  • Experience in managing the implementation of learning programs (program management)
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with direct accountability for project deliverables, and overseeing the work of others (e.g., internal staff or external vendors)

Consulting

  • Experience in taking a consultative and partnership approach with customers and HR partners

  • Sets strategic direction for a project/ initiative and delivers practical yet measureable learning solutions

Learning Development & Technology

  • Experience with learning technology tools (Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Connect)

  • Knowledge of the capabilities of Learning Management systems

  • A good eye for visual design and experience with pushing PowerPoint to the limit

  • Experience with graphic design tools

Learning Delivery

  • Training delivery skills and experience a plus

Professional Abilities

  • Experience in effectively functioning in a team-based environment.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fresh, "out of the box" thinking to facilitate innovative learning

  • Ability to work with limited oversight and maintain high standards

  • Collaborative and flexible work style

  • Excellent presentation skills

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist for our site in Wilmington, MA BASIC SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the training program for the commercial organization (sales, marketing, and client services). This includes all internal trainings for sales and marketing as well as onboarding within the marketing department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify product and service trainings for field sales * Maintain training schedule across all businesses * Management and administration of current learning management system (LMS) for on-demand trainings for the commercial organization * Build, distribute, and track training content within current content developer platform * Maintain current marketing onboarding process for new hires * Maintain updated list of sales, marketing, and client services users for training assignment * Measure competency and reporting to upper sales and marketing management * Perform all other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism/English, advertising or related discipline. * Experience: 2-4 years directly-related training experience, including experience handling multiple projects. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. * Certification/Licensure: None. * Other: Experience with learning management systems.
