Learning and Development Partner | 100% Remote Opportunity

General Summary:

The Learning and Development Partner works collaboratively across EMPLOYERS, to support the development and implementation of effective learning and development programs for all staff; including but not limited to professional development, management development, corporate compliance, participant-centered corporate and cross-functional training initiatives. This position ensures that appropriate training is delivered through a variety of methods including, face-to-face, e-learning, and distance learning, and ensures that all learning records are audit ready. Must live in the U.S and work without sponsorship.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with their leader, designs, develops, and deploys training via face to face and alternate delivery methods like e-learning and distance learning in partnership with content experts, trainers, managers, policy staff or other customers.

  • Builds, maintains, and manages relationships and partnerships with internal clients to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training curriculum development and/or changes in policies, procedures, regulations, or technologies.

  • Supports the Learning Management System and serves as an administrator. Tracks employee progress in online learning and compliance course completion via Learning Management System.

  • Monitors, analyzes, and presents talent management and development metrics against business needs and goals.

  • Delivers training as assigned.

  • Assists in evaluating and prioritizing development projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate standards, initiatives, and established training mandates.

  • Assists in the assessment of needs and requirements of Corporate and cross-functional programs based on strategic goals. Develop course materials in collaboration with content experts. Include learning objectives into lesson plans and presentation scripts.

  • Assists in the development, execution, and measurement of programs within the organization that focus on developing, engaging and retaining talent required to support the future needs of the organization.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Camtasia) and learning management system, Cornerstone.

  • Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills.

  • Must have strong presentation/delivery skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

  • Must have the flexibility and adaptability to work with multiple projects and deadlines in a fast, fluid, and dynamic environment.

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements listed above.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This role is REMOTE friendly, only open to candidates currently located in the United States.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS: Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

TRAVEL: May be required to travel to off-site location(s) to attend meetings, as necessary

This role potentially and will routinely use office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and web conferencing technology as examples.

  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some mobility is required

  • May work early, late, or occasional weekend hours to accommodate business needs

  • Occasional lifting of a maximum of 30lbs.
