OfficeTeam is currently working with a growing company looking for a Learning and Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have corporate facilitation experience and experience working with adult learning programs for professional development and orientation. The Learning and Development Manager will collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders on design and content development. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and advanced knowledge of eLearning software is needed to accomplish the responsibilities listed below. Major

  • Design and develop learning programs and materials to support operations, departmental, and other training initiatives

  • Assist with the ongoing evaluation of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Facilitate the company's various training programs via multiple learning methods, such as Instructor-Led Training (ILT), virtual led, eLearning and other blended formats

  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple learning projects

  • Update and maintain systems and procedure user manuals, SOPs, job aids, and guides to support multiple training programs

  • Facilitate systems training for internal and external software utilized throughout the company


  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Talent Development or Organizational Development required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Learning Management System experience is required.

  • 4+ years of instructional design experience.

  • 4+ years of experience facilitating adult learning programs.

  • 4+ years program/project mangement experieince required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex instructions to audiences of varying skill levels.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience building adult learning programs, adhering to all adult learning preferences.

  • Advanced knowledge of and experience working with eLearning software (such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate).

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software (such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).

  • Preferred experience with video editing software (Premiere, Camtasia).

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and familiarity with web-based application frameworks.
