The Learning & Development (L&D) Intern works as part of the L&D team and performs individual tasks to lead or support research and analysis on a number of L&D initiatives. Project involvement includes: creating e-learning content, onboarding new employees, becoming familiar with and maintaining the Learning Management System, and creating internal E-Learning content & training material. This position offers an opportunity for a well-rounded participative learning experience within the HR function in a corporate setting.

Support various projects within the L&D Department including, working in the Learning Management System; Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration and feedback; Provide administrative support to the program including, communications, scheduling, roster management, materials production, facilities coordination, participant tracking; Create internal E-Learning content, training material and Quick Reference Guides; Assist with orientation for all candidates hired at Denver location; Set-up and take-down of lunch and learns; Assist with flyer creation as needed for various office events; Actively participate in regular departmental meetings; Partner with other Interns; Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all job aspects; Perform routine administrative tasks as needed; Other duties assigned by the Director of Professional Development or the Senior Learning & Development Specialist.

Enrollment in college/university majoring in or with an emphasis on a Human Resources related program; Junior or seniors students preferred; Ability to work flexible hours; typically, 40 hours through the summer; possibly 20 hours during the school year; Strong interest in learning and development function.
