The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Associate (3-Year Term) is responsible for employee learning and development programs that will assist SCF in achieving its corporate objectives. This position will focus on academic and community partnerships with universities and colleges and may assist with the development and management of scholarship programs with support Alaska Native and American Indian employees in pursuing clinical career pathways.

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

Minimum:

1.Two (2) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in training, vocation, occupational, career counseling, adult education, Human resources or related field.

2.Two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Program coordinator II or equivalent.

3.Have one (1) ATD Essential certificate within one (1) year hire.

Additional Qualifications for L&D Associate II: Meets all requirements of L&D Associate I in addition to the following:

1.Two (2) additional years of education or equivalent combination and experience in training, vocational, occupational, career counseling, adult education, Human Resources or related field: OR demonstrated proficiency as an L&D Associate I at SCF.

2.Two (2) ATD Essential certificates
