Job Title: Learning Advisor Sr
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 12 months +

6-10 years experience required

The Learning Advisor (Operations) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for Clients Leadership and business skills training. This position will oversee more than 100 workshops scheduled each calendar year. The candidate must be exceptionally detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Functional Duties:

Vendor Management
o Write/review Statements of Work (SOWs) with each of our vendors.
o Review vendor bids and negotiate pricing
o Review and process all Learning & Development vendor invoices

Leadership and Business Skills Program Management
o Handle responsibilities related to open enrollment leadership development and business skill courses offered.
o Monitor enrollment for open-enrollment workshops on a weekly basis and adjust marketing strategy, as needed, to boost low enrollment numbers.
o Work with internal clients to determine what learning solutions meet their needs and then working with vendors to set-up special request team workshops.
o Work with our education partner, Georgetown University, to support our executive education offerings as well as special requests, including guest speakers.
o Create the yearly training plan and calendar
o Monitor the leadership development inbox and respond to employee inquiries
o Work with the learning coordinator to ensure rooms are set up, catering is ordered, facilitators are escorted into the building, and all course logistics have been finalized
o Review and suggest improvements to L&D processes to streamline operations
o Determine when to remove workshops and/or add new workshops to meet customer demand
o Work with our communications group to manage our intranet site, including our training calendar and all tactical marketing/communications.
o Create and provide quarterly enrollment reports

Customers and potential customer leads are connected to Sr. Home Lending Advisors through comprehensive needs based promotion and marketing of home loan products to clients inside and outside the branch footprint, and develop and work with centers of influence to expand your customer base. All of you working as a team will create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing centrally managed direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing efforts. This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMC's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, information available through NMLS, and any other information relevant to a determination by JPMC that you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position.
