Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Procure-to-Receipt tasked with contributing to the end-to-end design and development of P2R processes within a satellite solution to be selected or in the ERP system. This role involves a deep dive into the P2R lifecycle, from Purchase to receipt, ensuring processes are optimized, efficient, and fully integrated and synchronized within the ERP to support operational excellence and strategic procurement objectives, especially for Indirect Procurement.

Your key missions

• End-to-End Process Design: Contribute to the design of comprehensive P2R processes for Indirect Purchases within the ERP system, focusing on enhancing procurement efficiency from initial supplier engagement to final payment.

• Application Integration and Development: Support the satellite solution selection for P2R for Indirect and work closely with Tech and solution specialists to ensure the P2R processes are effectively developed the satellite solution or and integrated within the ERP system emphasizing automation, user-friendliness, and data accuracy. Ensure the right satellite applications are well integrated to ensure an efficient end-to-end process. Link the P2R selection with the overall end-to-end project to equip Pernod Ricard Procurement with a mature solution.

• Programs synchronization: Contribute to the synchronization of P2R Indirect initiative with ERP roll-out roadmap

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement finance, legal, supply chain, and other relevant departments to align the P2R processes with broader business strategies and ensure seamless operation across the ERP system.

• Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing: Contribute to integrating sustainability and ethical sourcing criteria into the procurement process design, aligning with Pernod Ricard's commitment to corporate responsibility.

• You hold a Master's degree at engineering or business school with a major in procurement, IT and/or Digital.

• You have 7 years' professional experience in e-procurement tool implementation, especially in FMCG.

• Mandatory technical skills: End-to-end procurement process management; Knowledge of procurement improvement and standardization of principles and approaches.

• SAP Savvy is a nice to have, especially SAP S4 HANA. Knowledge about Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba is a plus.

• You are fluent in English. French or Spanish would be a plus.
