Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this job is to plan, communicate, purchase and monitor resource requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective receipt of required material and efficient delivery of finished product to customers.

Analyze, identify and correct inventory problems. Develop production and MRP schedules to ensure sales objectives are met.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1.Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
2.Leads Lean material flow and inventory management initiatives in a proactive manner. Establishes production schedules, and devises methods and SOPs to achieve effective and efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining minimum inventory investment.
3.Anticipates and communicates current and potential problems (solutions) and opportunities for Plant management action.
4.Analyzes inventory variances, identifies root causes and provides effective corrective action.
5.Identifies and communicates current and potential problems and opportunities so the management team can make appropriate decisions.
6.Maintains a computerized MRP and master scheduling system and assures system maintenance.
7.Interfaces and coordinates between manufacturing, procurement, engineering, finance, and suppliers regarding component and schedule requirements and changes.
8.Purchases and expedites direct materials per peripheral processes to meet production requirements. Facilitates customer service relations between customers and suppliers.
9.Leads/participates in cost reduction, process improvement and quality improvement teams.
10. Performs other functions as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years related experience.

Specialized Knowledge:
Proven experience in understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles. Working knowledge of computer managed manufacturing systems.

Special Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in and foster a team based environment

Other: APICS certification (CPIM) or coursework preferred.

Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate the creation and implementation of continuous improvement plans based on the Lean Principles and Fundamental Concepts, provide lean training across Integer, and provide guidance for successful implementation. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities * Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements. * Works with the Plant's Leadership team to perform gap assessments on the Plant's manufacturing system, create current and future state value stream maps, and develop Lean improvement plans and schedules. * Leads cross-functional teams through kaizen events and the implementation of the lean toolset (e.g. cellular flow, line balancing, standard work, 5S, material and information flow, total productive maintenance, quick change-over.) * Leads cross functional teams through kaizen events for business processes. * Provides training, mentoring and facilitation on the lean toolset. * Acts as plant expert and business consultant in lean manufacturing. * Provides ongoing communication to plant and group management on Lean initiatives. Provides progress reports on the plant's lean initiatives * Ensures that workshop activities address all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost requirements. * Interacts with plant's black belt and other members of continuous improvement team to define targets cost saving and lean projects that improve tie value stream. * Establishes best practices for the business. Works with other Lean Facilitators across business units to calibrate and establishes Integer standards and guidelines for lean implementation. * Performs other functions as required. Job Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Degree in Industrial Engineering desirable. Master's degree preferred. Minimum Experience: 7 years experience. Minimum of 3 years implementing lean improvement in a manufacturing environment. Specialized Knowledge: Lean manufacturing concepts including time studies, value stream mapping, pull systems, problem solving and 5S. Special Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to lead team activities; excellent problem solving skills; strong computer and presentation skills.
