The successful applicant will drive continuous improvement, based on the Lean and Six Sigma Roadmap, leading cost reductions and productivity improvements across the site. You will lead and participate with diverse teams from various groups across the sites, while working with the Lean Management and other Managers / Supervisors to develop and implement the Enterprise Lean Six Sigma (ELSS) program. About the Job

  • Apply the Lean Principles to the major processes across the plant to identify and remove waste, improve operational performance, and create an environment of continuous improvement

  • Facilitate, lead and participate in Lean Kaizen events throughout the site

  • Contribute to plant continuous improvement projects and review and communicate the impact on Lean activities

  • Work collaboratively and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance of the Lean strategy

  • Assist in development of key metrics to monitor progress

  • Develop and build a culture of engagement across all levels of the business to provide a highly energized, flexible team to meet the changing needs of the business

  • Contribute to the implementation of Littelfuse best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance

About You

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Science

  • Willingness to develop your skills through the Littelfuse Lean and Six Sigma certification programs

  • Proven results using continuous improvement tools

  • Basic Lean and Six Sigma knowledge

  • Preferred previous use of tools such as: Value Stream Maps, TPM, 6S, Standard Work, Visual Factory etc.

  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

  • Hands on practical skills with improvement projects

  • Demonstrated performance and commitment to continuous improvement

  • Have the patience, perseverance, and passion to drive the Lean and Six Sigma culture

  • Good MS Office skills

  • Ability to analyse statistics and understand statistical data

  • Teamwork and coaching of others

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership

  • Strong communication and listening skills

Beneficial Skills

  • Experience in the delivery of training to others

  • Green Belt certification

  • Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing or test or probe areas
