The Leadership Talent Sourcing Specialist will create and implement diverse sourcing strategies for leadership and corporate roles in partnership with the Leadership Recruiter. The Leadership Talent Sourcing Specialist will coordinate a variety of diversity and inclusion sourcing initiatives, along with traditional sourcing strategies while also identifying opportunities to improve processes when necessary. Additionally, the specialist will consult and partner with the Leadership Recruiter and other key stakeholders on hiring matters, utilizing multiple sourcing tools simultaneously to engage with passive and active talent. This role will be responsible for occasional leadership and DEI in-person networking and outreach. Moreover, this position involves both talent sourcing (70%) and recruiting (30%) functions, directly supporting DEI sourcing initiatives for director-level and above positions in partnership with the Leadership Recruiter, while also handling sourcing and recruiting functions for select manager-level requisitions.

Education

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience in corporate or agency sourcing and/or recruiting.
  • Required
  • 3 years of experience in leadership and executive sourcing focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Preferred
  • 7 to 10 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Preferred
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to Executive Leadership
  • Preferred
  • Experience with hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and Workday technologies.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Experience creating and executing senior level diversity sourcing and/or recruiting strategies.

  • Proficient use of Workday Recruiter, including but not limited to requisition creation and fulfillment.

  • Experience creating dynamic promotional outreach packages for leadership level roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise using Workday, hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent sourcing and recruiting tools, including direct sourcing methodologies (internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.).

  • Ability to prequalify and present initial opportunity and value proposition to identified candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems (i.e., Salesforce).

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements.

  • Maintain up-to-date business intelligence on competitors, market conditions, hiring trends, and other relevant market data.

  • Project management experience and skills in creating executive dashboards, presentations, and supporting Talent Sourcing storytelling efforts.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Windows-style applications.

  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain friendly and cooperative work relationships.

  • Skills to proactively identify and influence top-level talent through various talent sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, hireEZ, niche job boards, applicant tracking systems, X-Ray Search/Boolean Searches).

  • Expert knowledge of Talent Acquisition (TA) within the specialty, including TA policies, procedures, and corporate governance guidelines, compliance, and reporting requirements.

  • Knowledge of HR and TA strategy trends within the healthcare or regulated industry.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in innovative sourcing, including cold calling and professional networking, and the ability to develop and implement cost-effective strategies for obtaining qualified candidates.

  • Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.

Job Duties

  • Executes the full life cycle sourcing activities for leadership hires.

  • Conducts and manages talent sourcing strategies for various types of executive searches.

  • Develops and implements recruiting/sourcing strategies, including building a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for leadership-level career opportunities.

  • Leverages multiple sourcing channels simultaneously to engage passive talent and supports diversity recruiting efforts.

  • Consults and advises on leadership and executive hiring, collaborating with Talent Sourcing peers and Talent Acquisition leaders.

  • Demonstrates expertise in the healthcare executive market, staying abreast of trends and developments.

  • Conducts market and business landscape research and participates in DE&I projects.

  • Monitors and analyzes the success of sourcing strategies to enable data-driven decisions.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Light Work

  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work.
