JOB SUMMARY The Leadership Development and Culture Coordinator provides support to the Service Excellence and Leadership Development Program at Hendrick Health. The Coordinator supports key organizational initiatives to enhance culture, employee engagement, recognition, and development. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High school diploma Minimum Work Experience 2 years of professional work experience. Prior Human Resources or Marketing experience preferred.
