Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office/2 days remote). Location is flexible within the Seacoast footprint in Florida.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for program and process support, reporting, and analysis aligned with the organization's leadership development and talent management strategies and strategic business imperatives designed to develop talent, drive associate engagement, and build leadership capabilities across the enterprise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports processes, programming, professional development, and experiential assignments that make up the leadership development and talent management strategies.
Prepares analysis and reporting of program and process efforts and results.
May participate in periodic succession planning exercises and talent assessments designed to ensure critical roles and development plans are defined.
Maintains succession slates, and talent assessment and review documentation.
Supports actions and activities to identify and address skills and behavior gaps to meet organizational goals.
Coordinate and support the administration of development program nomination and selection processes.
Work closely with the leadership development director to collect and coordinate aggregate data for the talent pipeline and translate the data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
Develop effective relationships within the organization to have influence and positively impact the talent and development processes driving adoption and sustainment of activities.
Design and implement creative and innovative analysis and reporting presentation techniques to drive efficiencies and simplify and evolve current day methods.
Communicate reporting and analysis findings with insights to appropriate audiences.
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed development programs to evaluate and measure results.
Exemplify the Seacoast culture and philosophy of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience
2-5 years' experience in related role
Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Adobe Creative Suite; Advanced skills with MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized with demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Collaborative Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
