The Leadership Coordinator is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the Athletic Department's leadership program. Other responsibilities include assisting with the department's analytics focus and Success Through Well-Being Initiative.
Develop, manage, and assess the effectiveness of the department's leadership program.
Conduct individual, group, and team mental health and performance psychology counseling with student-athletes
Develop resources and assist with the coordination of the department's Success Through Well-Being Initiative
Assist with with the coordination and management of data collection for the department's analytics focus Minimum Qualifications for Grade
Applicant MUST meet these minimum qualifications to be considered an applicant A master's degree or doctoral degree in a mental health related field required, certification through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) as a Certfieid Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and a
strong analytic focus and ability to utilize Qualtrics for data collection and analysis Additional Position-Specific Minimum Qualifications
