Leadership And Talent Development Manager

Sixt is looking for a Leadership and Talent Development Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global/corporate leadership development programs and tools in North America.

• Aligning local requirement to global concepts including standardized leadership training, mentorship programs, high-potential development programs.

• Implementation/Execution of the programs including planning, stakeholders management and communications.

• First point of contact for all inquiries, primary liaison to global Center of Excellence People and Culture Development team.

• Design, curate and manage local development programs; identification of needs, conceptual design/content creation, implementation.

• Oversee the delivery and facilitation of all leadership development activities and programs across the organization.

• Serve as local product owner & first point of contact to global Center of Excellence People and Culture Development team.

• Manage the delivery, execution and measurement of our corporate performance management and talent evaluation programs.

• Manage leadership programs to assess leadership potential and skill gaps among associates.

• Use data-driven insights to continually refine and improve leadership development strategies.

• Own end-to-end development solutions designed to prepare leaders to perform, grow, and optimize business operations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in leadership development to keep our programs cutting-edge.

• Enable local stakeholder groups on process and responsibilities.

• Partner with training and development team to ensure course curriculum is available on-line and incorporated into the LMS and knowledge base systems.

• Manage all program communication measures.

• Analyze and regularly report relevant KPI metrics to central team to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and talent development programs and measure return on investment.

• Support the team and business by completing any other assigned duties and/or tasks.

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field required

• HR, Leadership or Training Certification preferred

• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a training and development, learning leader

• Min 8 years of significant experiences with HR related topics (performance management, talent management, leadership development)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience coaching, supporting, motivating teams

• Proficiency with LMS, HRIS System (Workday experience preferred)

• Project management experience or certification required

• International experience, working with various countries and cultures

• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications

• Likely to require at least 40% travel, some of which may be by airplane.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

$90,000 - $100,000
