Job Description Job Description Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for an electrical manufacturing company's Team Lead in Tualatin, OR 97062. Shift : 2:30 pm-11:00 pm.

Non-negotiable schedule requiring consistent and on-time attendance. Pay Rate : $24/hr$1/hr for shift differential paid every two weeks through Volt Workforce Solutions. Duration: Up to 12 months contingent role through Volt Workforce Solutions, with precedent but NOT GUARANTEE of raises, transfers, promotions, or conversion to direct hire as early as three months in.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for the performance of a / several process(es) through non-hierarchical animation of teams. Aligns resources with needs within short term horizon, executes trainings where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, leads short interval management at line / process level, formulates / escalates issues where necessary.trong contributor to continuous improvement Main Activities Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and 5 S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses Identify non-compliant situations and behaviors Ensure proper appliance of the Process Quality Control Plan Contribute or lead continuous improvement actions Make sure operators are trained validate training levels Drive-in real-time adjustments of staff according to the needs Drive the actions to get service level, quality products, WIP, ensure productivity goals are reached Synchronize support function actors on short term actions Escalate any disruptions occurring during the shift according to the escalation process Lead level 1 short interval cycle according to lean manufacturing rules, ensuring the quality of information provided to the Supervisor for level 2 short interval cycle. Key Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Quality improvement tools, techniques & models, such as but do not have to be Lean or Six Sigma Employee performance management tools, such as but do not have to be Bamboo.
