Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We'll be looking for you to be responsible for the Global Account Payout Network (APN)and will report directly to the Head of Global Product & Delivery for APN. Specifically you will have responsibility/accountability for the definition, overall delivery, and improvement of our APN service and strategic initiatives while managing a cross-functional team thru project milestones of discovery, business development, delivery and launch. The APN program is a strategic cornerstone for the next era of money transfer and payments that will extend and optimize our current network allowing our customers to payout directly to accounts such as a banks, cards, or mobile wallets.
For this role, you will need to be a graduate of engineering or business related field. You'll need to have at least seven years of relevant experience in complex consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products.
You will have extensive product management experience working for a global organization and possess the ability to identify areas of improvement for the end to end customer experience through customer feedback, research, competitive data, and performance to define the ideal product. Having experience in SWIFT, Correspondent Banking, Card Processing (Visa / MC), and/or Mobile Wallets, as well as experience with lean and agile methodologies is a strong advantage for this role as well.
