Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

We'll be looking for you to be responsible for the Global Account Payout Network (APN)and will report directly to the Head of Global Product & Delivery for APN. Specifically you will have responsibility/accountability for the definition, overall delivery, and improvement of our APN service and strategic initiatives while managing a cross-functional team thru project milestones of discovery, business development, delivery and launch. The APN program is a strategic cornerstone for the next era of money transfer and payments that will extend and optimize our current network allowing our customers to payout directly to accounts such as a banks, cards, or mobile wallets.

For this role, you will need to be a graduate of engineering or business related field. You'll need to have at least seven years of relevant experience in complex consumer financial services/payment services organizations with multiple financial products.

You will have extensive product management experience working for a global organization and possess the ability to identify areas of improvement for the end to end customer experience through customer feedback, research, competitive data, and performance to define the ideal product. Having experience in SWIFT, Correspondent Banking, Card Processing (Visa / MC), and/or Mobile Wallets, as well as experience with lean and agile methodologies is a strong advantage for this role as well.

Better starts and ends with the customer In this role, you will be charged with delivering a high level of regulatory compliance expertise to our cross-border payments partnerships and products. In addition to managing a team, you'll be responsible for defining products compliance configurations for launch by understanding and managing product risk, ensuring anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, managing stakeholder relationships (e.g., business lines), and meeting project/product milestones. Keeping our customers safety in mind for all you do, you will work with global teams and hold a high degree of professionalism and multicultural awareness on a daily basis. For such an important role, you'll have 5 or more years of experience in financial payments, AML, Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, and financial crimes. In addition, you'll have a strong acumen in people and product management. To be successful in this role, you will have managed a team for 2 or more years of experience. A Bachelors degree is highly preferred, as is a Juris Doctor (JD), though neither is required. A CAMS certification is also preferred. This position carries a high degree of visibility and requires significant professional communication and organizational ability.
