RH is seeking an Engineering Leader to design, develop, and support our use of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support and implement new capabilities. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, innovative, and possess an in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM.

YOUR RESPONSABILIITES

• Provide technical and functional support to the HR business team while maintaining close working relationships to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions

• Conduct gap analysis between application functionality and business requirements and recommend solutions.

• Create and engineer reports and integrations with a priority on fostering reuse and ensuring long-term maintainability

• Own QA services and regression testing for all the applicable

• Provide quality assurance services and conduct thorough regression testing for all relevant Oracle HCM patches and upgrades

• Support HCM Systems issues by meticulously investigating problems and crafting detailed suggestions for resolution.

• Lead and guide the offshore development team to achieve seamless communication and consistently deliver quality work

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud application and hands-on experience in developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting

• Experience configuring approval workflows and working across global payroll interfaces

• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)

• Possesses a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) coupled with adept project management skills. In addition to Oracle HCM modules, including WFM, LMS, and Recruitment Cloud

• Own the Oracle release cycle

• Experience working in a global delivery model, including familiarity with unit testing and test-driven development methodologies.

• Effectively engage with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team.
