Job Description:

The Leader of Staff Augmentation working collaborating with operational areas and under limited supervision will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the Sr. Leader Staff Augmentation teams by providing insights and data to address quality issues and improve results.

  • Establishing efficiencies and process improvements to improve day-to-day operations, including process standardization, automation, and optimization aligned with strategic contracting short and long-term objectives

  • Identifying appropriate tool selection processes to enhance the decision process

  • Leading a highly diverse team of individuals and focusing on talent development, career progression, high performance and dynamics, and overall team engagement

  • Enhancing the Standard Operating Procedures for Staff Augmentation Operational areas to improve accuracy, drive quality measures, and create synergies with functional partners

Job Qualifications:

  • Overall 5-7 years of relevant work experience; Experience managing teams is highly desirable

  • Strong background in quality and process improvement including a BA/BS in business or related area.

  • Impactful leadership skills are preferred

  • Active change agent with an innovative mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate the organization and communicate with various levels and functions at CoreLogic

  • Deep desire and understanding of the business, industry, and products

  • Precise and professional communication style
