The Leader of Staff Augmentation working collaborating with operational areas and under limited supervision will be responsible for:
Partnering with the Sr. Leader Staff Augmentation teams by providing insights and data to address quality issues and improve results.
Establishing efficiencies and process improvements to improve day-to-day operations, including process standardization, automation, and optimization aligned with strategic contracting short and long-term objectives
Identifying appropriate tool selection processes to enhance the decision process
Leading a highly diverse team of individuals and focusing on talent development, career progression, high performance and dynamics, and overall team engagement
Enhancing the Standard Operating Procedures for Staff Augmentation Operational areas to improve accuracy, drive quality measures, and create synergies with functional partners
Overall 5-7 years of relevant work experience; Experience managing teams is highly desirable
Strong background in quality and process improvement including a BA/BS in business or related area.

Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate the organization and communicate with various levels and functions at CoreLogic
