Job Description:

The CIO Network Deploy Leader will lead deployment for the North America IBM internal network. In this role, the leader will have expertise in leading squads to deliver IT network services and products to meet the needs of a business of IBM.

The scope of this job role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, and maintenance of regulatory, legal, and professional standards, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and management of in-house services and outsourced services. Typical examples of the deliverables are service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning. The employee guides functional objectives or technologies.

As we transform towards an engineering organization, any technical hands-on engineering expertise; and/or experience in leading an engineering organization is highly desirable.

Preferred location: Austin.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • At least 8 years of experience in leading and systems integration in a top tier professional services firm

  • At least 5 years of experience working on projects related to Networking, Infrastructure

  • 3 - 5 years' experience with knowledge of network delivery, management and monitoring.

  • 3 - 5 years' experience with network software maintenance and upgrades

  • Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions

  • Demonstrate capability managing simultaneous projects, crisis situations, and successfully meeting deadlines.

  • Readiness to travel 10-30%

  • An understanding of contemporary and legacy security Network technologies

  • Basic understanding of compliance issues (eg. ISO 27001, SSAE 16, COBIT)

Core Management Skills:

  • Experience working across business units to develop new workflows and processes to enhance operations

  • Experience with configuration management of resources

  • Experience with Agile development cycles

  • Strong desire to see projects succeed by providing alternative solutions non-conventional thought processes

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet and ideally exceed user requirements

  • Ability to lead and shape client expectations

  • Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams

  • Ability to work in a matrix management model

YETI is searching for an individual to fill the role of Finance Senior Manager supporting our North America Wholesale and Corporate Sales channels. Based at our headquarters in Austin, TX, this role will be a key business partner and key financial support for the Sales and Finance leadership teams. This individual needs to be highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendations to management. They must be a collaborative problem-solver, who not only understands the numbers, but also the broader business context around them. To be successful, the Finance Senior Manager must be able to communicate effectively with the sales and finance teams, as well as the Executive Management teams to provide critical information and escalate and address roadblocks. This is a critical role that will have a tremendous impact on YETI's business as the company continues to scale and grow. Responsibilities * Support the month-end close process via P&L variance analysis versus prior periods and versus forecasts / budgets. * Partner with the rest of the sales teams to complete the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast process. * Manage sales rebate and co-op program spend across our largest customers to drive incremental sales opportunities. * Plan, report, and manage sales operating expenses, including sales commissions and account marketing spend. * Manage pricing within the Corporate Sales channel to optimize gross margin dollars. * Generate Monthly Business Review, BoD, and other management presentations. * Own various ad hoc analysis and presentations as needed. * Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help management understand how to scale, manage and grow the business predictably and profitably. * Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the organization. * Partner with executive leadership to establish metrics to monitor and report productivity and growth. * Provide analysis of monthly financial & operational results, including the interpretation of current month performance as a predictive tool for attainment of quarterly and full year performance expectations. Qualifications * Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting with strong academic credentials * MBA considered valuable but not required * 8-10 years of finance experience, primarily in an FP&A function, with 2-3 years of experience directly supporting a sales function; 3 years of supervisory experience * Experience with fast growing consumer brands sold through retail * Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint * SAP experience a plus Personal Characteristics * Attention to detail * Self-starter and persistent, with strong analytical and organizational skills * Known for developing and delivering results on a timely basis * Able to work in an ambiguous, fast-growing, team-first environment * Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations * Excellent verbal and written communications skills YETI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
