Job Description:

The Leader, Medical Training utilizes their medical, scientific, andtraining expertise to lead training initiatives for a therapeutic areaincluding developing curricula, training materials and programs aligned withcompany strategies outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Conducts needs assessments to identify the knowledge, skills andbehaviors required by Global and US Medical employees in order to meet prioritybusiness objectives

In collaboration with Medical leadership, develops training curriculumfor key field roles within the function (Medical Science Liaisons, MedicalValue Liaisons, Medical Directors)

Designs and develops blended programs including eLearning, job aids,virtual training, and face-to-face courses to address key strategic initiatives

Ensures appropriate documentation of course completion and evaluationof training effectiveness

Maintains regular communication and interaction with field leadershipto ensure real-time awareness of training needs

Ensure adherence with Medical, Commercial, Legal and Regulatoryguidelines by ensuring that all materials are reviewed according to Bioverativpolicies

Cultivates and maintains scientific expertise

Qualifications:

Knowledge of scientific and clinical aspects of drug development aswell as the disease states associated with Bioverativ's products.

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Ability to design, deliver,and evaluate education programs in order to meet priority business objectives.

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, including classroom facilitation

Ability to manage multiple, competing projects with aggressivetimelines

Organized and pays attention to detail

Ability to collaborate acrossvarious business functions

Demonstrated track record ofintegrity and compliance with industry legal and compliance guidelines

Advanced degree in Science orrelated field.

At least 3 years'post-graduate scientific or medical experience (required). Education or training experience thatincludes design, delivery, and evaluation of face-to-face or blended learningprograms (preferred). At least 2 years' pharmaceutical industry or relatedexperience.

The mission of the Sales Enablement and Training Program Manager is to develop, manage and maintain the Industry sales enablement, training and certification programs to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency across the 3DS sales channels using the 3DS University training models and technologies. The challenges ahead The Sales Enablement and Training Program Manager will support the worldwide 3DS industry sales training and certification programs aligned with the industry goals and objectives and its' 3-year industry strategy. This includes: * Developing and deploying (with industry, brand, HR and channel leaders) WW industry programs aligned with the Industry portfolio offer launch plans to quickly engage and skill up the channels for customer engagement. * Designing and managing new industry programs to foster sales knowledge and know-how growth aligned with the 3DS Industry College model & industry initiatives. * Coaching subject matter experts in the creation and delivery of the sales enablement and training content, including sales replication initiatives. * Designing, supporting and improving certification deployment with innovative training methods, tools and platforms. * Defining and deploying the 3DS training/certification framework, working with the industries, brand, channel and HR teams for creation and maintenance of the corporate industry programs and instructional design framework for the Industry College. * Continuously measuring and improving enablement programs effectiveness based on business results, dashboard reports, surveys and ongoing feedback. Your Key Success Factors * Bachelor's degree * Technical proficiency with software applications and technologies * 5+ years' experience in supporting sales or sales related roles * Experience in instructional design and delivery for sales related training programs, courses, workshops or other training related deliverables * Proficiency in learning management tools and training authoring tools (storyline experience is a plus) * Able to understand and deploy web based, interactive and multi-media technologies * Comfortable with working on a global team, listens well and works well with others * Proficient English language and dynamic communication skills; French language is a plus * Program and project management experience * Leadership within a virtual team across functional disciplines * Able to work well with all levels of the organization * Strong presentation skills Compensation & Benefits Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience that is above average in the local community.
