As a Home Delivery Leader, you will lead RH's vision and deliver operational excellence across key home delivery functions. Motivated by RH's people-first approach, you will inspire, motivate, educate and provide strategic oversight for a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

Lead and support our delivery partners, drive performance and ensure accountability from our partners around all aspects of the delivery experience
Lead loadout to ensure compliance, accuracy, quality, and efficiency
Responsible for the delivery partner billing process
Leverage reporting to improve key metrics that support our HDC strategy
Lead route review process to maximize daily capacity and optimize the customer delivery experience
Address and resolve escalated customer service issues in a timely and thorough manner
In partnership with the Senior Leader and delivery partners, support driver training initiatives that elevate the delivery experience
3+ years leadership experience in furniture home delivery or similar field
Experience in logistics services
Proven ability to lead outside service providers
Adept at hiring, training, coaching and executing all facets of employee performance
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong written and oral skills and ability to interact with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
Relentless passion for providing world-class service within the organization and to our customers
Proven ability to address and solve problems in a creative, innovative, timely and decisive fashion
Computer proficiency is a must. MS Word, Excel and GSuite are used daily and extensively in this position
Fluent in Spanish is a benefit, but not required
Must pass background review, MVR, and drug screen
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Some travel may be required
