Are you ready to lead and innovate in the water sector? TYLin is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Water Engineer to join our dynamic TYLin | Greeley and Hansen Water Solutions Team. This is your chance to spearhead transformative projects and make a lasting impact on our communities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Leadership & Business Development: Organize and lead teams to secure stormwater, water, and wastewater opportunities. Position yourself with local clients and drive the development of compelling proposals.

• Advanced Engineering Design: Oversee the design of complex assignments, including facilities and pipeline condition assessments, rehabilitation design, planning studies for future capacity needs, hydraulic calculations, technical specifications and drawings, cost estimation, task proposals, and requests for proposals.

• Technical Reporting: Develop comprehensive technical reports, studies, and memoranda to support engineering analysis and deliverables to clients.

• Project Management: Manage projects and resources, track budgets, set schedules, coordinate staffing and resources, maintain client coordination, and handle invoicing and payments.

• Mentorship: Support and mentor staff, fostering both their professional and technical growth.

• Client Engagement: Present project deliverables to clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

Here's what you'll need:

• 20+ years of experience in water resources or a related field, with a PE license.

• A track record of success in business development and client relationship management in the Mid-Atlantic market.

• The ability to inspire and empower a talented team.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• A passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability.

• Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

• High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

• Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
