As a Lead UX Writer, you'll join our innovative, fast-paced, user-focused team. We give you the high charge of leading the efforts of a product group consisting of UX Design, UX/UI Design, UX writing and UX research. Having a passion for digital trends, innovation, and the user experience will help you excel in the role as you assist product teams to translate business needs into highly engaging experiences.

  • Drive forward strategic plans for digital products to build, optimize, and scale phases as you guide the team through how to execute on these plans

  • Work across the product groups to help define overall UX vision, and ensure UX teams align with their products plan, delivered by product owners and business owners

  • Work closely with the UX Manager to build and maintain a team of experts who execute best in class UX practices and produce high quality and high performing digital products

  • Collaborate with your product team, including Product Owners, research, and development, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, low-fi prototypes, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

  • Leverage ecosystem design system and maintain a local organized design library for your digital product

  • Leverage data and consumer insights along with priorities in KPIs and signals to support and validate UX approach

  • Provide design support during development and execution; assist with QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standard including accessibility standards, CSS integrity, fonts, user interaction, and task completion rate success metrics

Requirements

  • Associate degree
  • 7+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of experience as a Writer/Copywriter supporting digital products

Other

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience working in an agency is preferred

  • Experience working with consumer package goods industry is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $119,000 to $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
