As CHANEL's UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing site experiences, as well as personalization campaigns and communication elements (such as emails) ; understanding user and business requirements, designing graphic elements and website components for the chanel.com global platform, with a strong focus on supporting the US business, services and experience.
In addition, you will have a focus on supporting the innovation, iteration, and optimization of the US chanel.com site, as part of a UX research team focused on UX experimentation and A/B testing, in order to test and learn for future developments.
You will work directly with:
Design teams based in Paris and NYC
US Platform & Innovation team
Digital business teams (email and acquisition, merchandising and personalization, services and experience)
Our US front-end developer
Design of new online features (responsive interface)
User interface design
UX Explorations, benchmarking and wire-framing
Adapting Global web experiences for the US market
Design US specific digital pilot initiatives
Collaborate with our Paris Headquarters on strategy and vision
Digital Editorial Design
CRM Design (ie e-mails)
Dev Spec Creation
Minimum of 3 years using design software and wireframe tools,
Skills in Sketch, Adobe Suite, Principle, Invision,
Basic knowledge of project management tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent organization skills and pixel perfect mindset
Understanding of CSS, Jscript libraries, and HTML practices.
Prototyping and Motion Design capabilities a plus, but not required.
French fluency is a plus, but not required
