Lead Trailer Specialist

In a working leader capacity, provide technical direction and guidance to other repair and maintenance specialists engaged in similar work. Must be skilled in repair and maintenance for specialty areas such as air-conditioning/heating, transmissions, body/fender, trailer and paint, engines (diesel, gasoline), van body repair, etc.

Position requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record to operate a motor vehicle. Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving.

Work Environment:The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching or similar activities, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.

Responsibilities * Coordinate GS Red Team functions, operations, assessments, and priorities that help maintain the group's efficiency and organization through project and program management skills. * Analyze data in a manner which identifies trends and creates follow up tests to draw factual conclusions which give context and direction to programs and initiatives. * Identify and socialize critical metrics for crucial areas of accountability. * Support the development of practices, processes, mechanisms and the documentation for these activities, both internally and with working groups. * Liaise with cross-functional partners to ensure that our Red Team program captures and addresses the various security-related trends. * Use internal tools to assign, track, and process Red Team assessments and site audits. * Conduct Tests and Measurements procedures on various projects, conduct analysis on the findings, and develop products for submission as part of scalable technical security. * Continuously collaborate with Global Security and cross functional partners throughout the company to align the goals of the business with the GS Red Team Program. * Perform as part of an internal Red Team for the Global Security organization that recognizes the culture of Facebook, meets the business needs of Global Security, and creates integrations and synergies with other partners. * Aid in the implementation of a program that provides physical access penetration assessments for Facebook facilities while using techniques deployed by real world adversaries. * Desire to have fun, move fast, challenge assumptions, discover unidentified risks, and make an impact. Qualifications Experience: * Experience in project or program management in a fast-paced environment and desire to learn and grow your skills while supporting a diverse team. * Experience bringing order and organization to a chaotic or ambiguous environment. * Inquisitive, Analytical, Imaginative, Intelligent, Strategic, Logical, Self-Aware, and Open Minded. * Advanced understanding of digital communications and Information Technology standards and security trends both domestically and globally. * Ability to network and interact, as well as support effective partnerships with key groups and individuals. * Intermediate or advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word), Google Docs/Drive, SharePoint, or similar productivity products. * Interest or experience in a wide-array of physical, information, and cyber security fields - with a desire to learn from multidisciplinary partners and grow the Red Team's portfolio. Preferred Qualifications These are some of the experiences and skills we have seen in successful Red Teamers; however, we are open to a wide array of backgrounds and capabilities. * Ability to effectively communicate threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to key clientele who may not initially understand the security discipline. * Use Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and best practices to detect and/or prevent technical penetration of specified areas. * Comfortable with living, working, or traveling abroad. * In depth knowledge of threat actors and TTPs that may target technology companies. * Possess comprehensive knowledge of secure voice/data systems, radio frequency (FR) transmission systems and communication infrastructures. * Experience conducting tabletop or functional exercises focused on challenging assumptions, building resiliency, and driving critical analysis of safety and security operations. * Degree in National/Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Security Technologies, Criminal Justice, Counterintelligence, Organizational Resilience, Leadership, UFMCS graduate or equivalent programs and certifications. * Experience supporting global and regional partners in Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa, Latin America, and North America. * Job description is subject to change.Milestone Technologies provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
