What will you be doing?
The Lead Teller role is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and can be a stepping stone for those considering advancement into management. Lead Tellers work with management to help lead, support, and coordinate the teller team on retail customer service objectives. Lead tellers serve as a subject matter expert for Teller staff and perform those accountabilities as needed along with analyze and resolve customer escalations. Our ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customer's expectations. They must offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions.

Lead Teller Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Previous cash handling experience
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must possess a desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community
Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
Previous Teller experience
Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
