What will you be doing?

The Lead Teller role is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and can be a stepping stone for those considering advancement into management. Lead Tellers work with management to help lead, support, and coordinate the teller team on retail customer service objectives. Lead tellers serve as a subject matter expert for Teller staff and perform those accountabilities as needed along with analyze and resolve customer escalations. Our ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customer's expectations. They must offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions.

Job Qualifications:

Lead Teller Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous cash handling experience

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Must possess a desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community

  • Physical Requirement: Ability to stand for long periods of time


  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds

  • Previous Teller experience

  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.

The Independent Mental Health Therapist is primarily responsible forproviding quality psychotherapeutic services to a wide variety ofpatients. Essential requirements include providing diagnosticassessments, treatment planning and psychotherapy. The Independent mentalhealth therapist is expected to work in a collaborative manner with othermembers of the Behavioral System of Care. Services provided will bereviewed in clinical supervision. Record keeping will be in compliancewith the department's policies and procedures. Therapists are expected tocomply with CHI Health policies and procedures. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluates and assesses thebio-psycho-social needs of patients. * Assists in determining the mostappropriate level of care for the patient, and makes appropriate referrals whenindicated. * Develops comprehensive treatmentplans in accordance with policy and procedures. * Provides supervision to clinicalstaff as needed. * Assists in maintaining currency ofpatient demographics and insurance information as necessary. * Completes assessment documentationwithin 24 hours of assessment. * Documentation reflects progresstoward goals as established in the treatment plan. * Actively participates in clinicaland peer supervision to ensure quality of care and professional performancestandards. * Utilize expertise to assist in thedevelopment and implementation of policy and procedures and identifiesopportunities for staff development. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience Prefer three years of post-licenseexperience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Education/Licensure A minimum of a Masters degree froman accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing orother related behavioral health field is required. Must possessLIMHP and LADC in Nebraska (PLADC will be considered). Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Must possess strong knowledge ofmental health and chemical dependency; knowledge of the current Diagnostic andStatistical Manual criteria and appropriate treatment planning for the variousdiagnostic categories; ability to determine appropriate level of care andtriage patients accordingly; basic knowledge of managed care/EAP services andrequirements; ability to process and complete charting tasks in a timelymanner; ability to explain psychiatric concepts and discuss therapeuticinterventions to other professionals for training and supervision purposes;knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professionalstandards; strong knowledge of the principles of growth and developmental needsacross the lifespan; good communication skills (verbal and written);demonstrates personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation;professionalism; trust; integrity and places a high value on treating otherswith dignity and respect.
