What's The Role?
As a Technology Strategist-Project Analyst, you will work with the Production Services leadership team that is responsible for the full lifecycle of support across both the Application and Infrastructure teams. You'll assist in initiatives that provide strategic direction where technology supports significant portions of business unit activities.

Lead Technology Strategist->> Provides research and analytical support in the planning, analysis, delivery and integration of systems and business development projects. Participates in the identification, development and implementation of strategy and key growth objectives through analysis and research.
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility. Applies comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving project objectives. Drives process changes and reviews and/or creates documentation as needed to support these process changes.
Builds and maintains a good understanding of overall business directions, mechanisms, and strategy as well as technologies, market dynamics and trends. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
Four to six (4-6) years of related experience is required.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
*An excellent grasp of technology, and technical subject matter *Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the confidence to interact with senior leaders *Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Office, Visio, PowerPoint) *Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint) *Experience with Tableau a plus
