About the YMCA of Greater Brandywine:

The YMCA of Greater Brandywine (YGBW), an association of eight YMCAs serving Chester County, is a non-profit organization committed to nurturing the potential of every child, promoting healthy living and fostering social responsibility through life-changing programs for all.

Position Purpose:

The West Chester Area YMCA is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work in our Childcare Early Learning Center as a Lead Teacher with our preschool age children (ages 3-5). The ideal candidate will not only possess the state requirements for the position, but will also have a passion for working with young children and model the core values of the YMCA. Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Lead Teacher functions including creating and implementing lesson plans, following DHS regulations, maintaining a safe learning environment for the children

  • Plan and implement an educational program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individual and the group

  • Maintains a healthy and engaging early childhood learning environment as well as a clean and risk-free room arrangement

  • Interact with the children to encourage development and involvement in activities

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationship with families, keeping parents/guardians well informed regarding the child's growth and development

  • Maintains maintenance records, including, but not limited to: accident and incident reports, sign in/out sheets, attendance records

  • Oversee the safety and whereabouts of the children in group at all times

  • Work with Director to hold parent conferences as specified by program

  • Work with Director to supervise Aides and/or other Assistant Group Supervisors as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and 30 credit hours of early childhood, elementary or related human services field education, or 15 college credit hours and one year experience related to the care and development of children or high school diploma and 2,500 hours of service

  • At least 3 years of experience preferred

  • Must keep an up-to-date DHS file with a current physical

  • Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs

Position Purpose: The YGBW HubSpot Administrator will bring together our marketing, sales and customer service process and strategies to life utilizing the HubSpot platform. This role will implement, execute and iterate on HubSpot programs to generate leads, engage and retain members and customers in support of revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and self-motivated digital native who is motivated to meet goals, solve problems, identify efficiencies and who thrives in a matrixed environment. Responsibilities: * Serves as the frontline resource for internal users to field questions, troubleshoot issues and offer regular HubSpot training. * Applies best practices to ongoing HubSpot internal maintenance including regular contact cleanup, account setup and creation, teams management and ensures consistency across the HubSpot platform. Oversee user access, permissions, roles, teams and onboarding. * Supports marketing and sales initiatives including the email campaigns, form setup and creation, deal pipeline management and reporting and workflow creation and tracking. * Supports the adoption/implementation and leads the rollout of HubSpot support functionality including ticketing, conversations, chat, text messaging and meetings. * Oversee and provide support for multiple pipelines, workflows and campaigns. * Work with all teams, including a vendor partner, to ensure data integrity within the HubSpot environment including accounts, contacts, events, deals, support and custom objects. * Perform troubleshooting and provide support as needed and serve as the lead in-house resource for HubSpot support including ticketing, knowledge base, chat and customer feedback surveys. * Identifies key performance indicators and provides regular reporting which could include pipeline and sales reports, marketing ROI reports, A/B testing tracking and results as well as customer feedback reports. * Review regular release notes and provide updates on relevant system updates and support. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required in relevant business, technical, marketing or analytical field. * 3+ years of professional experience in HubSpot. * HubSpot certification(s) preferred. * Basic understanding of marketing, sales and/or customer service preferred. * Demonstrated project management abilities and proficiency in managing analytical initiatives. * Ability to work independently or as a part of a team. * Strong data management and organizational skills.
