As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: 1 or more years of experience as a Lead Teacher preferred BA or CDA preferred Willingness to commit to obtaining Montessori certification, at our expense Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
