The Lead Tax Manager is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of existing and upcoming tax legislation (U.S. international, local, federal and state) to identify opportunities to minimize the organizations tax liabilities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for specific local country direct and indirect tax operations.

• Conducts research to advise management of tax implications of activities including regular international tax operations, M&A transactions, internal restructurings, cross-border treasury transactions.

• Conducts and documents moderately complex tax audits.

• Responsible for meeting all required deadlines.

Education: A Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant Tax experience. Bilingual (English, Spanish) is preferred.
