The Enterprise Systems Team supports and ensures business success through a wide range of technology solutions. The Lead Systems Architect will serve as a technology champion and leader for designing these solutions. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to work in project teams. Design, develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated and complicated Information Technology infrastructure including voice/telecom, LAN, WAN, SAN, security, firewalls, servers (Linux/Windows), and virtualization technologies.
Research new technologies for potential fit, focusing on continuous improvement of the Information Technology and Call Center infrastructures.
Provide production support, including performance monitoring, telecom expense management, capacity monitoring, disaster recovery, and trouble ticket resolution.
Lead or contribute to projects and be accountable for deliverables and successful implementation.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience in IT Infrastructure is required.
Deployment/Administration experience with enterprise in telecom/call center solutions: Avaya (PBX, CMS, Session Manager, Systems Manager), NICE Call Recording, Virtual Hold, SIP, VoIP.
Mastery of Linux (SuSE/Redhat) and/or Windows administration.
Understanding of SAN/LAN/WAN infrastructure (Cisco, EMC, MPLS, VPN).
Problem solving through scripting (Ansible/Salt, PowerShell, Python, Perl, Rust, etc.).
Proactive performance monitoring with system management and monitoring systems (Splunk, Prognosis, PRTG, BigBrother, MRTG, SNMP/NetFlow, SCCM, OpsManager, etc).
Experience working in hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is desirable.
Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.
