Summary

The Clinical Imaging Systems Support Team services a wide range of clinical imaging departments, applications and workflows.

The Lead Systems Analyst position provides leadership and oversight for the Application Support, Enhancements, Design, Build and Implementation for assigned IT Applications. The position working in conjunction with and/or on behalf of the department manager oversees staff activities, performs the functions of a Sr. Systems Analyst, provides input to annual performance appraisals, and provides input into hiring or disciplinary action. The Lead Systems Analyst will exercise discretion with independent thought and judgment and demonstrate the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems or Healthcare related field. Relevant experience in excess of seven (7) years and/or appropriate certifications may be substituted
  • Seven (7) years of experience with supervising/supporting complex enterprise business/clinical systems and 5-7 years in an application analyst role
  • Knowledge of hospital and clinic culture, regulatory requirements (e.g., JCAHO), and health care requirements as it relates to information security and privacy (e.g., HIPAA)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of the impact of process analysis and design methodologies on the legal, regulatory, ethical, managerial and organizational, principles and standards for radiology and imaging departments in outpatient and acute general hospitals and health systems strongly
  • Knowledge and/or experience with clinical and management imaging applications such as Cerner RadNet, Fuji Synapse PACS, VITAL Images, Powerscribe 360, and support of various imaging modalities and Image sharing solutions.
  • Knowledge of clinical and business imaging operations in a healthcare environment

Must have expertise/knowledge of the following modules * Procure to Order required * Supplier Onboarding (SLP) required * Ariba Network Onboarding required * Contracts and Supplier Performance Management preferred * Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) highly preferred Primary Responsibilities * Drive best in class Ariba and SAP system improvements for Illumina in the Source to Pay space * Drive Ariba SCC implementation and enable different direct business processes in the Ariba network * Enable Suppliers (Direct and Indirect) to the Ariba Network Tasks and Responsibilities * Support and help to improve the end-to-end source to pay process using Ariba and SAP systems * Own implementation of Illumina's strategic procurement system vision and work with IT to architect best in class SAP and Ariba solutions * Lead supplier transition to the Ariba Network, working directly with suppliers, as well as SAP/Ariba, to integrate selected suppliers as main supplier interface * Work with Sourcing teams to add Vendor catalogs in the Ariba P2O Module * Monitor supplier performance, especially for new suppliers are added to the Ariba Network * Prepare and deliver training to internal stakeholders and suppliers Knowledge * Hands on experience implementing and owning Ariba based modules in the Source to Pay space for best in class organizations * SCC experience is preferred for this job * Hands on experience implementing one or more of the following modules in Ariba: Contracts, Buying Channels, SCC, Service Procurement and P2P, Upstream Supplier Management * Expertise in Ariba functional architecture and interaction with SAP * Experience with MS Office and advanced Excel abilities. * Hands on experience with Ariba Procure to Order, Ariba Network and Supply Chain Collaboration * Hands on experience onboarding suppliers to the Ariba Network * Project Management and change management skills: have at least 2 years' experience working with some project management model like PMI, Scrum, etc. * Strong Source to Pay process experience. * SAP MM expertise * Strong analytical skills with a focus on systems & process scalability.
