Full Time - Monday through Friday, Days

$10,000 for Student Loan Repayments

$5k Sign on bonus for qualified Sterile Processing Techs!

As a Lead Sterile Processing Tech at Northwest Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience

2 years Central Sterilization experience; Supervisory/lead experience

About the Job:

• Supervises department operations during assigned shift.

• Interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate to department and medical staff.

• Performs duties of central sterilization technician when necessary.

• Ability to provide daily operational leadership to small teams.

• Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills
