Lead Sterile Processing Tech
Full Time - Monday through Friday, Days
$10,000 for Student Loan Repayments
$5k Sign on bonus for qualified Sterile Processing Techs!
As a Lead Sterile Processing Tech at Northwest Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:
Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience
2 years Central Sterilization experience; Supervisory/lead experience
About the Job:
Supervises department operations during assigned shift.
Interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate to department and medical staff.
Performs duties of central sterilization technician when necessary.
Ability to provide daily operational leadership to small teams.
Appropriate prioritization while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills
