• Huntsville, is seeking a Lead Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Lead Spa Associate to help us run our operation Are people often impressed with your organizational skills?

This position is design for people who are interested in learning about the wellness industry and growing in their career. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience.

  Have the drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials. Have experience handling administrative tasks including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting. Are looking for a flexible schedule.
  
  Have spa experience Spa experience is a plus, but not required We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry. Responsibilities: Meet membership sales goals Detailed knowledge of the menu of services - don't worry, we'll train you Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last Capable of working flexible hours Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Bring a positive and energetic attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform various other duties as assigned What's in it for you?
