Sriven Technologies, LLC is seeking Four professionals for Fulltime employment (40 hours a week) for the position of Lead Solution Architect at 20745 Williamsport Place, Ste# 220, Ashburn, VA 20147 at a competitive salary.

A Lead Solution Architect (LSA) plays a key role from implementation to go-live, for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. An LSA works with D365 Enterprise prospects and clients to review requirements, business processes, and existing solutions. The LSA will make recommendations on specific business process changes and the appropriate technology solutions (including integrations and/or ISV solutions) needed for successful project deployment. LSA will assist with estimating timelines, budgets, and associated costs during the presales process.

Job Summary for Lead Solution Architect

• D365 F&SCM:

PMP Certification, Microsoft Dynamics Certifications, MS D365 ERP, Knowledge of other accounting or ERP solutions. Travel within the USA is required.

During implementations, LSA will serve in a part-time/advisory role to lead and advise the delivery team on solution design, ensuring best practices are being followed for D365 F&SCM configuration and development, working across all workstreams to ensure the entire solution meets project scope and requirements. The LSA will typically support two or more projects at any given time. In this role, you will be expected to lead a group to establish a consensus, possess excellent client-facing communication skills, and represent SRIVEN as a senior member of our team. LSA is the trusted advisor to clients and will interact with a variety of users at all levels, including C-level executives.

Note: This is a remote opportunity and can be located from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings for discovery, planning, and envisioning of solution.

• Convey solution vision to SRIVEN consultants

• Actively work with Technical and Developmental Leads

• Serve as liaison to PM on project work breakdown and scheduling

• Review configuration, and design changes to ensure consistency and reduce conflicts

• Review and final QA on design-related deliverables

• Provide best practice guidance for CRP and UAT testing

• Produce clear and concise documentation

• Coordinate and provide QA with Data Migration lead

• Actively work with Technical and Developmental Leads

• Provide input and QA to PM for CRP, UAT, and Go Live cutover

• Develop and archive reusable artifacts to improve the implementation process

• Stay current in software improvement and new features

• Understand basic features of approved ISV

• May include working with Pre-sales on estimation for the project

Minimum Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in a functional lead role that includes previous implementation experience working with AX / D365 F&SCM

• 7 or more years of experience in ERP consulting or Corporate ERP management

• Understanding D365 and CRM Sales would be beneficial

• Degree in Business or Information Technology is preferred

• Prior experience managing or leading a group or mentoring individuals

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent SRIVEN

• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

• Ability to use current tool set, Team, MS Office apps, Share Point, DevOps, and LCS

• Willing to work flexible hours, periodically, in order to coordinate as necessary with internal and external customers. Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications (Certifications):

• Microsoft Certification in MB-300 Core F&O, MB-310 Finance, MB-320 SCM, Manufacturing MB-330 Supply Chain Management
• MB-700 F&O Apps Solution Architect
