Lead Software Engineer - As/400

Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience for Engineering, Software Engineering or related field OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience for Engineering, Software Engineering or related field. * Experience writing code for moderate to complex online applications, microservices or mobile applications or deployment automation * Experience with programming languages for online applications, microservices or mobile applications or deployment automation * Experience designing/building moderately complex applications * Experience writing automated test scripts * Experience creating coding/scripting solutions to fix complex problems/issues * Experience engaging and the executive level * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Preferred Qualifications*

* Minimum 10 years of experience in AS/400, Synon development, CLP, SQL* Manage a team of developers, internal, and onshore/offshore consultants. * Advise developers/architects on secure, efficient solutions. * Perform code reviews. * Complete design reviews to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and standards for continuous improvement. * Provide design consultancy to ensure that services are fault-tolerant and completely recoverable in the event of a disaster. * Work with developers and product managers to ensure deployment needs align with business needs. * Define and set standards/good practices for technical design/coding and testing. * Analyze business and technology challenges, assess costs, and suggest technical solutions. * Assure enterprise application integration by selecting tools, specifying shared data and code resources, defining interfaces and data flows, and monitoring. * Experience in Warehouse Management Systems applications or Retail Supply Chain. * Experience in implementing vendor packages and working with vendors on integration solutions. * Experience in Material Handling solutions integrated with WMS systems.Salary Range$122600 - $196200 / Salaried
