Your responsibilities:

  • You will provide custom software and Cloud-based solutions to our clients.

  • You, as the Lead Developer will be responsible for technical leadership for a team of four software engineers and client communication.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or equivalent)

  • 10+ years of software development

  • Prior experience as a technical lead

  • Strong proficiency with Scala

  • Strong proficiency with Apache Spark

  • Cloud experience

  • CI/CD experience

  • Opinionated on TDD/BDD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DevOps experience (e.g. Ansible, Kubernetes, Mesos)
  • NoSQL experience (e.g. MongoDB)
  • Good communication skills to convey technical and project status to multiple audiences
