Lead Software Engineer

Job Description: SaiTech, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer for web based applications.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with JAVA based SaaS web applications and Hazardous Waste regulations. This position requires strong leadership and development skills, and Agile experience. The Lead Software Engineer will take a demonstrated systemic approach to tasks and problem solving.

Responsibilities: Follow Agile and SecDevOps processes to develop and maintain a SaaS platform Mentor and lead application team performance to deliver exceptional results Proactively monitor and review application and team performance and inform Program manager and clients of status, issues, and needs Minimum Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in working DevOps and cloud environments with JAVA and JavaScript to create & maintain web based SaaS applications 3 years experience with RCRA Subtitle C requirements related to EPA’s National Hazardous Waste System (RCRAInfo) and Hazardous Waste Electronic Manifest Establishment Act of 2012 5-7 years of SQL coding and Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) programing in an RDS, Oracle, & Postgres environment 5-7 years develop and maintain Representational State Transfer (REST) Application Program Interface (API)s 3-5 years of experience complying with Security protocols such as FEDRamp and FISMA 5-7 years of experience diagnosing and resolving resolve complex application and troubleshooting issues within a multi-vendor infrastructure 5-7 years of experience in cloud native (Azure / AWS) applications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Sahi-Pro Experience ArcGIS Geo-platform experience Open-source tools Stripes, Jakarta, Hibernate, Apache Maven Summary: SaiTech, Inc. is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
